STA processes Dr. Youssef's sermons through a fully automated translation pipeline, producing high-quality dubbed output in 22 languages with theological precision and preserved voice identity. 22 is the base set. The platform is built to scale further.
Every sermon is converted to a full transcript with word-level timestamps using modern speech-processing technology. Proper names, ministry names and branded terms are detected and flagged for glossary enforcement before translation begins.
Translation runs through a locked glossary and translation memory. Doctrinal terms cannot drift, be softened or paraphrased. "Kingdom Sat", "Only Christ" and "finished work of Christ" are enforced identically across all 22 languages and all future sermons.
The translated audio is generated using a voice model built from Dr. Youssef's own recordings. His delivery, register and intonation carry across into every language output. Listeners hear a voice that is recognisably his, regardless of the language.
Every completed job produces downloadable dubbed video (MP4), dubbed audio (MP3), translated transcript (TXT) and subtitle file (SRT). Materials are available for 15 days by default, with paid extended storage of 1, 3 or 5 years, or unlimited.
Each sermon in each language gets its own stable HTTPS listener link and QR code. Display on Kingdom Sat broadcasts, share via Telegram, embed on your website or print in church materials. No app and no account required for the listener.
Partner churches or donors can fund translation access for ministries in under-resourced regions. Credits are allocated to beneficiary accounts. The listener receives the sermon at no cost. All transactions are tracked and transparent.
The 22-language set covers the world's most widely spoken languages, selected by total number of speakers. This is the base configuration. Additional languages can be added as the ministry grows.
Highlighted languages are current priority for LTW Kingdom Sat and Muslim outreach audiences. Speaker counts include native and fluent second-language speakers.
Locked Term Table - Arabic
Doctrinal terms are defined per language. The translation system enforces them at every step. They cannot be paraphrased, softened or omitted.
Once a term is approved in a given language, it is stored and applied to every future sermon in that language. Terminology stays stable across the entire archive.
The first output in any language goes through a qualified theological reviewer before production use. Approved translations apply automatically to all subsequent sermons.
"Kingdom Sat" is always transliterated, never translated. Ministry names and programme names are handled consistently across all 22 language outputs.

"And whether you're here or watching us on Kingdom Sat or on all the websites, let me tell you this as I come to conclusion. Religion will not save you. Rituals will not save you. Denominations cannot save you. Only Christ through the finished work of Christ on the cross can save you."

Phase 1 requires no changes to ltw.org and no technical integration work from the LTW team. Everything runs on Compass infrastructure. A deeper integration is available as the next phase when LTW is ready.
To begin Phase 1, the next steps are voice model setup with Dr. Youssef's recordings, glossary configuration for priority languages, and the first batch of sermons through the pipeline. We are ready to proceed on all three fronts.
