Leading The Way x Smart Translation Assistant

One sermon.
22 languages.
Human control retained.

STA is moving LTW from architecture into controlled first-generation runs: transcript, guarded EN→AR translation, and a governed path to generic Arabic voice output. LTW keeps the ability to correct wording, lock doctrinal terms and reinforce future consistency, while Dr. Michael Youssef voice-preserving output remains a gated next step after voice setup.

What STA delivers for Leading The Way

Accurate transcription

Every sermon is converted to a full transcript with word-level timestamps using modern speech-processing technology. Proper names, ministry names and branded terms are detected and flagged for glossary enforcement before translation begins.

Theology-aware translation

Translation runs through a locked glossary and translation memory. Doctrinal terms cannot drift, be softened or paraphrased. "Kingdom Sat", "Only Christ" and "finished work of Christ" are enforced identically across all 22 languages and all future sermons.

Voice identity preservation

The long-term LTW path is voice-preserving output built from Dr. Youssef's own recordings. The current demo bridge reaches real Arabic generation first with a controlled generic voice lane, while the recognisably Dr. Michael Youssef voice path remains a separate gated step.

Download and distribution

Every completed job produces downloadable dubbed video (MP4), dubbed audio (MP3), translated transcript (TXT) and subtitle file (SRT). Materials are available for 15 days by default, with paid extended storage of 1, 3 or 5 years, or unlimited.

Listener links and QR codes

Each sermon in each language gets its own stable HTTPS listener link and QR code. Display on Kingdom Sat broadcasts, share via Telegram, embed on your website or print in church materials. No app and no account required for the listener.

Sponsor and partner funding model

Partner churches or donors can fund translation access for ministries in under-resourced regions. Credits are allocated to beneficiary accounts. The listener receives the sermon at no cost. All transactions are tracked and transparent.

Language Coverage

22 languages. One platform. Expandable.

The 22-language set covers the world's most widely spoken languages, selected by total number of speakers. This is the base configuration. Additional languages can be added as the ministry grows.

6.7 billion
people speak one or more of these 22 languages as a first or second language. That is 83% of the world's population within reach of Dr. Youssef's message in their own language.

Glossary layer

Doctrinal terms are defined per language. The translation system enforces them at every step. They cannot be paraphrased, softened or omitted.

Translation memory

Once a term is approved in a given language, it is stored and applied to every future sermon in that language. Terminology stays stable across the entire archive.

Human review gate

The first output in any language goes through a qualified theological reviewer before production use. Approved translations apply automatically to all subsequent sermons.

Proper noun protection

"Kingdom Sat" is always transliterated, never translated. Ministry names and programme names are handled consistently across all 22 language outputs.

Operator Control

LTW can correct translation nuance without restarting the workflow.

If the LTW media team spots wording that needs doctrinal, style or transliteration adjustment, the team can intervene directly inside the operating flow. Corrections strengthen control now and strengthen consistency on the next sermon.

Smart remark loop active
01

Type the exact correction

Enter the preferred translated wording or transliteration in a correction field when a line must be locked exactly as LTW wants it to appear.

02

Send it through smart chat

Ask for a change in plain language through smart chat and let the system classify whether it is a doctrinal term, proper noun, style or pronunciation issue.

03

Reinforce future consistency

Accepted corrections feed the glossary and memory layer so the next output starts from LTW-approved language instead of repeating the same mistake.

This is not a fallback support path. It is an operational advantage for the LTW media workflow: automation keeps the pipeline fast, while LTW retains human control over doctrinal precision, media quality and long-term language consistency.

Live Demo

Good Friday 2026 - "It Is Finished"

Episode 2613. Dr. Michael Youssef. John 19:30. The 24-second conclusion segment, translated and dubbed into Arabic with full glossary enforcement.

Demo video production in progress.
Voice model and dubbing assets being finalised.

"And whether you're here or watching us on Kingdom Sat or on all the websites, let me tell you this as I come to conclusion. Religion will not save you. Rituals will not save you. Denominations cannot save you. Only Christ through the finished work of Christ on the cross can save you."

وسواءٌ كنتَ هنا بيننا، أو تشاهدنا على قناة كينغدم سات،
دعوني أقول لكم هذا وأنا أختتم حديثي.
الدينُ لن يخلِّصك. الطقوسُ لن تخلِّصك.
المذاهبُ لا تستطيع أن تخلِّصك.
المسيحُ وحده، من خلال عمله الكامل على الصليب،
يستطيع أن يخلِّصك. وهو يستطيع أن يخلِّصك اليوم.

Delivery and Access

Generate, download and share, all in one place.

The LTW media team works directly at ltw.compass-international.org. The current demo phase is focused on a controlled first-generation path, with broader automated packaging and distribution following as the shared runtime matures.

Download in every format

Each completed job produces a dubbed video (MP4), dubbed audio (MP3), translated transcript (TXT) and subtitle file (SRT). Files are available for 15 days by default, with extended storage options available.

Per-language listener link

Each sermon and language gets its own stable HTTPS listener URL. Share via Telegram, embed on your website or display as a QR code on a Kingdom Sat broadcast. The listener needs no app and no account.

Auto-generated QR codes

One QR code per sermon per language, generated automatically. Display on screen during a Kingdom Sat broadcast, print in church bulletins or include in outreach literature.

One QR per sermon per language. Ready immediately after processing completes.
Automated Pipeline

Upload once. Receive 22 languages.

The first demo path is a controlled run from transcript to guarded Arabic generation, while the LTW media team keeps a governed correction path whenever wording, transliteration or doctrinal precision needs intervention.

01
Transcribe

Sermon audio is converted to a transcript with word-level timestamps. Proper names and branded terms are flagged for glossary enforcement.

02
Translate

Each sentence is translated with the theology layer active. Glossary terms enforced. Translation memory keeps every output consistent with all previous sermons.

03
Dub

Current demo audio can be generated with a controlled generic Arabic voice. The Dr. Michael Youssef voice-preserving lane follows after voice-model setup and approval.

04
Deliver

For the first demo milestone, the generated output is reviewed and packaged deliberately. Listener links, QR codes and broader automated delivery remain on the shared-runtime roadmap rather than being claimed as fully live in this phase.

Storage and Retention

15-day default. Extended storage on demand.

Translated materials are stored on Compass infrastructure. Default retention is 15 days. Extended storage is available for teams that need materials longer.

Next Steps

Ready to move to production

To begin the current demo phase, the next operational step is one controlled LTW generation run through transcript, guarded Arabic translation and generic Arabic voice output. Voice model setup with Dr. Michael Youssef's recordings remains the next gated upgrade after that first run is proven.
